Crystal Beach Ice Caves

Ice caves are made when ice starts to form on the top of the water and then waves and high winds break and push the ice up into mountains. They are beautiful. These ones are about 4 metres tall and the caves although quite deep were just high enough for me to stand in.
Too many people were starting to visit the caves, and getting hurt, so the local authorities ultimately decided to destroy them. It's unfortunate, but as proof how easy it is to fall on an icy lake (obviously)...
Sarah fell. Instead of helping her up, we took pictures.
For more information on the caves, try this Toronto Sun article.
